Glass workshops terms and conditions

1. Liability Waiver

  1. Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that working with glass involves inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, lacerations, and other injuries. By attending the workshop, participants agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries sustained.
  2. Limited Liability: The workshop organisers and instructors will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment; however, they cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the workshop.
  3. Safety Compliance: Participants are required to follow all safety instructions and use the provided safety equipment at all times.

2. Medical Conditions

  1. Disclosure Requirement: Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations prior to the workshop.
  2. Right to Decline Participation: The organisers reserve the right to decline participation to any individual who may be at risk due to their medical condition.

3. Unfinished or Uncollected Art Pieces

  1. Completion and Collection: Participants are encouraged to complete and collect their glass art pieces within the allocated time frame.
  2. Abandoned Pieces: Any glass art pieces that remain unfinished or uncollected for more than one year from the date of the workshop will be considered abandoned and may be discarded by the organisers without further notice.

4. Workshop Conduct

  1. Respectful Behaviour: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and other participants.
  2. Removal for Disruptive Behaviour: The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant from the workshop who behaves disruptively or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

5. Personal Property

  1. Property Disclaimer: The organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the workshop.

6. Photography and Media

  1. Consent to Media: By participating in the workshop, participants consent to being photographed or filmed. These images or recordings may be used for promotional purposes by the organisers.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  1. Right to Amend: The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants.
